Fair enough hostel but for a central London location you would expect more.

I had a lovely stay. I am ever so grateful to the people at the hostel taking my worries seriously and allowing me to move into a different room. I'll definitely be back shortly! :-)

Old building with dump on the walls, no furnitures in the room, dirty. I wdont recomend to anyone. The worst place I stayed in.

Can't beat the location. There were about 3 good members of staff, the rest were rude and unhelpful and seemed as though they couldn't be bothered. The place was secure in that you had to have a room card shown to even get in the building. The showers. Gosh, they were small, and no locks, just shower screens, terrible water pressure and had to wait for ages to get hot. Bit unclean too. The wifi is only in one room unless you pay. In all it was a fine place to stay for a week, but only a week.

Top location, but poor on furniture in the rooms...actually there was nothing but 4 beds, not even a hook on the wall to put your jacket. Overall good experience for 1 night stay.

Well i thought that the staff were very friendly and helpful. The hostel building is a bit old, but it is ok for at least one night. It was easy to find and in a bustling location. The bedding could have been a bit cleaner. Would, i stay here again? Well maybe.

Tres bien placé ! En 3 minutes on est à Picadilly Circus Evidemment, ca a un prix ! Un conseil, vérifiez bien votre chambre une fois arrivé (lit, draps, fenetre, etc....) vous risquez d\'avoir des surprises

what i needed was bed where to sleep, shower and easyest way to heathrow airport in a morning.all worked exellent for me.

Great value, very helpful staff, awesome security. The bed was stained and gross, I almost didnt want to sleep on it. The bathrooms need some fixing up. I didn;t want to touch anything especially the showers. They may have in face been perfectly clean but it didn't feel that way. It felt dirty. I wouldn't recommend it for longer than a few nights as the beds were uncomfortable and I didnt really want to use the bathrooms.

What a dive. For £80 a night we were expecting some home comforts... Like carpet. The room looked for more like a prison cell with just a bed and a plastic chair in it. We knew we would have a shared bathroom which isn't ideal but then to find that they were all unisex on our floor just made us want to cry. Having to do a long walk of shame from the bathroom wasn't great either. The only positives are that it had heating and hot water. We even had to make our own bed!! Would not stay here again.

Shame the wifi at the top floor works so bad with the iPad, would be nice if that was fixed and possibly free wifi on the 4th floor too. But I really enjoyed my stay. I was lucky, my 4-person room was just me most of the time so great privacy! Staff (esp at ticket desk) was really helpful.

in need of more pathrooms. any how it was a good expereince ..

- Staff was unfriendly and not very keen to help, except for the Australian gentleman in the travelshop, who was always very helpful. - Dirty rooms and spiderweb in the roof. - The elevator was blocked throughout our entire stay. - Extremely noisy. - Location was excellent

The hostel has an outstanding location in the centre of London. I felt safe in the room because of the key card doors and lockers were safe but small. The hostel was reasonably clean and it was good to get clean linen.

Location was brilliant but the cleanliness was appalling. The beds and shower rooms were filthy. No privacy in the shower rooms either.

First we had a problem with our reservation and the only thing they said to "try to help us" was "say bye bye to your reservation money". First the Private room that we reserverd had a big window that couldn't be shut... and had NO CURTAINS. So, the privacy, "bye bye". We went to check the city and when we were back our door was opened and the window too. When i went to ask, some hostel guy told us that he went into our room... didn't say why or anything. We don't recommend this hostel.

Es war einfach dreckig und ekelhaft! Überteuert!

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Le seul problème que nous avons rencontrés c'est la propreté des chambres et des sanitaires. En effet, les douches et toilettes n'étaient pas toujours propre!
