The location is excellent, but bathrooms are not well cleaned and there is a lot (A LOT) of teenagers making noise in late night.

Not the best hostel I ve ever been to. The rooms should be cleaned more often, there is no free WIFI, the only good thing is the excellent, location right at Piccadilly Circus.

This hostel is the worst one that I have ever been to. i did not arrive with any high expectations, a hostel is a hostel, but this one was just completely despicable. The location is great, right on the edge of Piccadilly Circus. The security is good as they have a few people downstairs checking room keys. Again this is all pretty standard. So what was the bad part? The staff. Just don't come here.

Negative : Toilettes, bathrooms and showers are disgusting. No door between two female showers just curtains. A lot of noise, impossible to sleep all night long. Fire alarm during sunday night at 2:30 pm... When we arrived, the bed in the room was broken. Hot showers but only a little dash of water. Positive : The perfect place to visit main attractions and central position to go out in soho during the night.

Chambre digne d'une prison, il faut aimer. L'intimité en moins, évidemment. Sinon, parfait emplacement. C'est un vrai choix sacrifice à faire !

It's the worst Hostel I've ever been in my whole life. It's super expensive and has terrible service and conditions of the whole building. Do not go there, it's better to go to an Ibis hotel, more cheaper and with human conditions!

Filthy room, used cotton buds etc all over the window sill. Stained, dirty pillows and sheets. No duvet, just an old, flea bitten blanket. Toilets/bathroom nearest to the room out of order - had to walk a long way for the others. Really dirty shower curtain. Unhelpful staff on reception.

We didnt even have a washbasin in our room. Toilets and showers also were pretty dirty except in the morning when the cleaning lady came. It was very loud and there are no curtains in the rooms. The blankets were filthy. We could not cover the blankets with the sheets because they didnt fit. Also, there is no breakfast included in the price (which we expected) and everything (WiFi and towels) costs an extra charge! The fotos of the website are not the truth! They look much better on the website!

Because of the excellent location, I have ignored all the negative comments made here which ARE all true.

Upon arrival, we were told the hostel had run out of sheets and we had to go without for the first night. We did get a 10% discount but still, not particularly nice since you never know who's slept or done something else in these beds. There wasn't even a rubbish bin in our very modest room, and there was a hole in the window that had been duct-taped. The location is brilliant, though, right around the corner from Piccadilly Circus.

The price/person/night in a twin was approx. £29, quite ok as London's usually expensive in general and the location of the hostel was great, anyway. However, we found our room extremely shabby and quite dirty, too. It's not that we would've expected anything fancy: a simple, CLEAN room would've been just fine. But the room wasn't clean and sheets and pillows were stained as well. The staff was friendly, though, and they gave us new sheets etc. when we asked for them.

The hostel location is just perfect, but the place is too noisy. I could hear from my bed people walking and talking in the corridors during all night.

This hostel was absolutely filthy. I stayed at a much nicer one after canceling my room and it hardly cost me any more than this place did.

GREAT place, really basic but location is PERFECT for musicals and shopping, 100 metres from underground station, good security, basic rooms and showers/toilets, all was basic but fine, ideal location, great place if you just want a bed and bathroom in THE MIDDLE OF EVERYTHING and don\'t want to spend alot of money :)
