A television and coffee table are located in the nice and spacious living room. Next to the dining room, you will find the fully equipped kitchen with a stove, microwave, dishwasher, cutlery and everything needed to cook.
At Piccolo apartment, there are 3 modern and spacious bedrooms sleeping a total of 6 people in 6 single beds.
The apartment has 1 bathroom with toilet and shower area.
Linens and towels will be provided for all guests.
Cancellation policy is 3 days in advance
We accept payment by cash & credit card
***Please note the following conditions:
-Late check-in from 6pm-10pm is 30 Euro, check-in after 10pm is 50 Euro.
-Extra early check in between 10am-3pm - 30 euros
-Extra late check-in fee from 6pm-10pm - 30 euros
-Late check-out after 12 is 50 Euro. (In cases where nobody is coming to the apartment same day).
Cleaning fee 40 Euros.
Damage Deposit 250 Euros
Late Check in 50 Euros.
There is a security (damage/key) deposit of Euro 250 refundable on departure. This deposit will be refund by Bank Transfer or Pay Pal account. Cash refund is available under the condition of extra 30 euros payment at check in.
In the case that a check-out is before 9:00, the security deposit will be returned via PayPal or Bank transfer once the apartment is inspected.
