The shared dorms are basic but functional. The private rooms are very nice and well worth the extra cash if you've got it. The restaurant across the street, owned by the same guy, has a great view of the beach, and makes a nice place to eat the very good breakfast and drink the (real, not instant) coffee. Highly recommended.

We spent 4nights here and it was really fantastic.not typical hostel experience, more like a boutique hotel. So peaceful. Chilling on porch at the ocean was blissful, night and day. 10min walk to town centre. Food good too. Not cheap but worth it. A unique experience. Atmosphere very chilled out. You will want to stay longer!!!!

Some problems with hot/cold water in the shower. But over all we had a very nice stay! Remeber to bring some warm clothes because it may be cold in the evening. Family 19 - 59 years of age.

This hostel was absolutely lovely. Our room sparkled, it was so clean, and we really enjoyed the little loft/lookout room upstairs. The brownies in the restaurant are delicious! It was such a relaxing weekend. Everything about the hostel is gorgeous, from the location on the beach to the service to the free bicycles. Only downside was that the room did not feel so private, as there are windows all along the floor at feet-level and there was no curtain at the door, only barely opaque glass.
