Hi, Unfortunately we didnt get to stay at Pickled Parrot.Hostelworld took the booking even though there was no availabilty there.I have no issues with the hostel at all as the owner contacted me immediately and made me aware of Hostelworlds mistake.However she could not refund me as I did not have a New Zealand bank account.Can you please arrange refund
