The staff were very helpful. The location was good, 5 minute walk out of town so still close enough but not loud and rowdy. Facilities were fairly clean, well taken care of. They could have done with more powerpoints in the rooms! And more toilets - only one per block (and that\'s up to 24 people per block). But all in all, I\'d stay there again.

a four-bed room has only one electrical outlet -- this is the most inconsiderate thing.

It's like a village! Go check it out. Heaps cheap and nice facilites. Little bit of a walk to all the pubs, though, and the room was freezing, even with the heater on. Weak windows perhaps?

A little far out if you're lugging your gear back and forth every day. Also, a little spread out if you're looking to meet people. But the staff was friendly and the facilities were clean. Only complaint real is that I wish there was real heat. Space heater's work, but you always have to wait for them.

absolutely fantastic place to stay. only a 5min walk to town centre. showers, beds and kitchen were all good. the common room has an open fire which is a great touch. would stay there again in a heartbeat.

i wasnt very impressed with Pinewood which disappointed me based on the good reviews-yes the location is good, but our first night consisted off getting overcharged for a horrible dingy box room at the back of the kitchen and being faced with every sink in the kitchen being filled with dirty dishes and food-both these issues eventually got sorted but we found the staff were not really that concerned with any problems and in some cases were rude-also, 200+ people for 1 tiny tv room is ridiculous!
