Stayed in a private room. Good price, but could do with a bit of a makeover, looking a little run down.

Good hostel in good location to what is a fabulous town !! Only drawback (or suprise) - i ordered a twin room as i wanted my own and it was a 4 bed dorm - perhaps twin rooms don't exist there

A great hostel to stay in Queenstown. We stayed 3 nights in a little house with an amazing view on the mountains. We have been lucky and had the little house 3 nights for ourselves. We were also able to eat on the veranda...great!! :-) Also the staff was great and really helpful. Thanks for a really nice stay!! :-)

The location is alright, and also the area is big and really nice, many houses with their own kitchen and bathroom. But everything was dirty, the kitchen and bathroom, and no toilet paper until when we were leaving the day after. I wouldn't stay there again but I know it was really busy around that time and maybe that's why it was so unclean

Didn't arrive until 10pm, and left the next morning...so didn't stay long as I was meeting a friend then heading off. But staff extremely good with my late arrival...it was a Friday night, and didn't take long to meet a few extra people and head out for a good night.

Huge place although very easy to access (for everyone). The staff is correct and helpful. It is a little further than the rest but OK to walk. Kitchen is big but no space in the fridge. Rooms are smelly, need to change the carpets or clean them! Showers are very nice. If rooms had lockers, accessible power outlets and decent wifi I wouldn't think of staying again. Comparing with the others it should be a little cheaper than it is.

Great place to stay. Very helpful and friendly staff. We stayed in a private room with a shared kitchen area which was kept very clean. A staff member was in there every morning cleaning as well. Our neighbors were quiet and respectful. Seemed to be a lot of couples and older groups staying in the private rooms.

Every was great, even got an upgraded room as the type we booked were full. The 5 min walk into the center was no issue at all, was kind of nice to be out of the action were its quiet whilst still having the hostels own action. Only thing was you get 20minsof free wifi but I didnt seem to work, didnt bother asking as we had net on our phones anyway! Recommended! !!

Really pleasant feel with the individual lodges.
