What can I say? The hostel phoned me up less than 12 hours before i was due to arrive to tell me they had run out of rooms and said he had forgotten to check their email box for HostelWorld bookings. This after I had paid HostelWorld a service fee and a deposit for the hostel room. The owner offered no apology or replacement room, or money back. I wrote a note to HostelWorld asking for this to be rectified three days ago now, and have also not received a reply. Extremely unprofessional.What can I say?
