The location is a bit tough to find. I had to ask around a lot when I first arrived, just to find the right place. Once I found it, though, it was easy to get around. Security was good, as non-guests are unwelcome and there's a guy at ground level with a shotgun, which I'd imagine puts off any would-be intruders. The price is right about in line with the rest of the places in Manila. The pool is a great touch after a long day in a hot city, and the rooftop hammocks are a nice amenity as well.

Perfect for a short stay in Manila I stayed only 1 night in that hotel but I would really recommend it: very helpful staff, sufficiently clean and comfortable dorm, swimming pool (!) and nice people staying there and willing to go out together at night (perfect if you happen to travel alone... Or not). The only bad thing i can remember is the fact that it is not easy to find and cab drivers don't know that plane which opened only a few months ago.

Your typical party hostel, loud in the evening and drunk people vomiting in the dorm at night, I might just have been unlucky but it was a really bad experience. The pool was dirty. There were no room keys! Staff and location were fine.

Pink Manila was a top notch hostel for travelers and back packers alike who are looking to mix it up with a dynamic crowd of people from all walks of life.

Its clean, has a pool a cool chilling area and the people who run it are super nice. There was only an aircon in my room which was supposed to be on from 11pm to 7am. Which is fine but there was no fan during the day so it was extremely hot...and of course they forgot to turn on the aircon. And the pub crawls are extremely expensive! 1000 pesos for a pub crawl with 4 drinks!!? a bit excessive!

Love this place, friendly and helpful staff, great location, clean, swimming pool, wifi. What more can you need. Like it so much that i'm going back tomorrow after a month in Indonesia!! Can't recommend it enough.

We stayed two times in the Twin Private Room in Pink Manila Hostel(PMH). The room has two beds - nothing else. The aircon had to be cleaned first cause it smelled really bad. The closet in the room is not usable cause it's full of mildew. The shower is a dripping trickle. 50 % of the staff is really nice, 50 % is bitchy. The reason we stayed there two times: the location in the city. It's close to Vito Cruz Station and not far to the airport. In total: it's okay, but don't take the TPR.

Excellent staff and great facilities make up for average beds. Staff and setup are great for meeting fellow travellers. Can be hard for taxi's to find so lookup some near by main streets or the college names to tell the driver.

Thoroughly enjoyed my time here, will definitely stay there again next time I am in Manila. Staff are friendly and helpful. Owner constantly looks to improve her guests' experience of the Hostel and Manila generally.

6 Bed Dorm was okay, bathroom was clean. Hostel itself is nice, good view over Manila, good located (close to Vito Cruz Station and the airport), nice to relax. Breakfast is poor, 50% of the staff is very nice, 50% is bitchy (we just asked to get money changed and we got lied in to our faces the CashRegister is broken - three minutes later a guy paid his beer!?). No one of the staff is interested in keeping the party noise of other guests down - it can be really disturbing in the rooms.

Perfect place to rest your head and meet new friends. The staff was very helpful and it was close to the airport.

Great place, but the staff needs to have more information about things to see in Manila other than malls. Plus, the ladies at check in said that my hostel world deposit was not valid, then said it was $12 per night for a dorm room but made up an exchange rate and charged me 540 pesos, which is about $13.50. What did I pay my hostel world 10% down payment for?

Staffs are very friendly and the hostel itself has a nice atmosphere. But I had to take a shower with weak, cold water. Except for that, I recommend this hostel to young travelers.

It was easier to tell taxi to drop you off at Vito Cruz station and then walk to the hostel or ask locals nearby where the hostel is. Internet wifi was very strong and staff are kind and helpful. It's a new hostel though so some staff members may still be in training. Location is in a residential part of Malate so I recommend taking taxis to everywhere you need to go (they're cheap), especially at night. At times there was no hot water. Overall clean and easy to meet other backpackers.

I stayed here multiple times during a two-week stint in the Philippines, and every time, the staff was warm, welcoming, and accommodating. I stayed here before the official opening, and even though there was construction and painting going on around me, I wasn't inconvenienced in the slightest. However, this is a bit of a party hostel, and on one of the four nights I stayed here, my friends and I woke up to a bathroom full of puke. :( Great place to stay if you're looking for fun, not sleep!
