Wi-fi Internet didn't work in our room at the attic. Very dirty floor-board in our room and all bathrooms in the hostel were dirty too :( No fresh air in our room to breathe. Extremly hot. Very noisy at night -stuff did nothing about that other guests of the hostel behaved very noisy at night. Comfortable beds and fresh bedclothes. Excellent location of the hostel.

I was in a private room on the top floor. It was basically a renovated attic. That would have been fine, except that the ceiling was EXTREMELY low. Near the door, the ceiling was no more than 6'6" high, but it was studded with big wooden beams that brought it down to probably 6'2". Near the far wall, the ceiling was about 4' high. I'm 6'5". I was pretty careful about it, but I probably hit my head 10 times over the course of our 2-day stay. It was pretty miserable.

My list of complaints: 1.) The bathroom smelled of raw sewage. The staff didn't care. 2.) The internet didn't always work on the second floor when I was told it should. The staff didn't care. 3.) The ceiling leaked in our room when it rained. The staff cared but not enough to get it fixed. 4.) The shower head in the bathroom didn't stay up very well. You either had to balance it or hold it. 5.) The wooden floor was uneven and we were constantly hearing everyone who went past our room.

The Pink Panther is a quiet hostel, but it is lacking in many aspects such as cleaning, environment, infrastructure and breakfast.

Very nice hostel! The staff was very helpful, smiling all the time and prepared every evening something different to eat (we had the chocolate fondue and the polish soup). The toilets were very clean, which is rare enough to notice it.

This place was great! It was a five minute walk to the market square, the people at the front desk were always super friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Absolutely loved this hostel, one of my favourites throughout my trip through Europe! The staff was extremely nice, there was a free breakfast, and we had a fantastic barbecue hosted by the workers of the hostel, where everyone relaxed, drank and had an amazing time. Turned into a karaoke night and then going out to the local club. The atmosphere was great... it's the place I'll stay if I return to Krakow! Only thing is there was no laundry facilities (although a washer arrived as I left, ha!)

Alright. Only spent one night. Krakow is an amazing city and the location is good, but I would not say that my good time in Krakow was because of this hostel.

The bathrooms were very smelly no matter how much they were cleaned they never seemed that way. The wifi was broken for 3 days with no real explanation. The included breakfast was a let down. The lockers in the rooms were very small and did not cater for backpacks! Considering most of clientele were carrying backpacks!! All in all a not very nice hostel

The staff were really really friendly and helpful! The location was great, just off the main square. The room was big and the other travelers there were very friendly. I'd definitely come back here
