We did a round trip in Jamaica for 9 days and the Pipers Cove Resort was out first stop after arriving in Montego Bay Airport. The Pipers Cove team was very friendly and organized the transfer from the airport to the resort with a safe shuttle as well as they organized a transfer to the Dunn's Falls on one of the following days. We had one of the apartments, which was clean and air-conditioned. Runaway Bay itself is not a big city but good for a stop if you want to go to the East!
