Puno is a chilly town and there were no heaters available , although it is mentioned otherwise in their information. The wifi was not working. The breakfast was the simplest ever. But the couple managing the hostel were really really nice and trying to help about everything.

The hostel was located a bit outside of the town and port which was fine but there was minimal character to the place. There was no "living room" space to congregate and meet other travels. But, all this is not too bad since the town of Puno does not offer so much. The worst part of my experience is that when I paid the lady gave me back a fake 20 sole bill. I did not find this out until I went to the market the next morning. I brought the issue up to the manager and it was deferred.

The hostel has a great location, but the bathrooms are really poor and the shower doesn\'t work well. The reception wasn\'t good enough and they didn\'t had any food in the bar to offer, and as we got at the hostel late at night we were tired and still got to get out to eat, even with the bar publicity that they make. I didn\'t like the atmosphere of the place, and the staff doesn\'t want to make any easier for you.

I had really bad time in pirwa hostel. I feel duped. I booked one day befor i arrived accidentliy. When we arrived at 8 am he man at the recepion told me it was ok and that he wants me to pay 10% more because of it. So we paid the night + 10%. At 12 when we went out he asked us to check out or pay another night. We checked out. so i paid 1 night + 10% for only 4 hours in this hostel. You shouldn't go there. It is not even a nice place.

This hostel is very bad, the staff is not prepared and simpatic. They have not facilitated anything. The hot water just fast, and we need to ask them to call the water, which does not always work. not recommend!

An average backpackers. A bed in a room, and no hot water. Internet was good. Felt safe, and staff were friendly though.
