Nice location- it was just a minute's walk to the Plaza which is nice if you're planning on experiencing the nightlife. The staff were great as well, they gave me some tips for exploring on my own and let me store my bags while I did the Inca Trail even though I wasn't staying another night.

I hated this place. They lied to me all the time. When you arrive they tell you there\'s hot water but there isn\'t, if you want a hot shower go somewhere else. They won\'t pay any attention to your requests, they will just look at you and smile. If the wi-fi is not working, apparently, it\'s your problem, they won\'t reset the sistem. The sheets were dirty. At the front door it says you can pay by credit card: it\'s another lie, \"I\'m sorry, the sistem isn\'t working -stupid smile-\"
