I had to spend time waiting for a person to give me the key for a while when I arrived. And I couldn't leave my bags in that place after the check in.

Location was good- very near the main train station but it was hard to find-especially at night. Sign was small

It is a nice apartment with three rooms, a kitchen, a small terrace! 1x privat double bed, 1x 6 bed dorm, the third 'room' is unfortunately no actual room, only two beds in the hallway! We booked 'privat double ENSUITE' but there was only one bathroom for everyone! The price was good! The italian Lady who ones the apartment, is a lovely person!!

stayed there one night last month....comofortabe bed

Not private apartments at all, pretty much a small hostel. One of bedrooms has no door and has every bodies toilets, looks nothing like pics, you are not allowed to use the washing machine and cleaning ladies walk in un annonched. It was clean but about half hour from tower

5 bed room is 4 bed room actualy, aditonal bed is not comfortable, everything else is great. In the kitchen there is everything what you need, in first flor there is just 2 rooms, 2beds and 5beds, for these two rooms there was living room and kitchen, shower and toilet. The second room was'nt ocupited, so we feeled like in apartments. Owner was helpull and allways with big smile, we feeled wellcome here. I recomend this apartment it's realy walue for money

English: --> despite an announcement about your arrival time you have to call the host when you stand in front of the door (expense?!) --> WiFi works only very bad --> Accommodation simple, but sufficient, mostly clean

The hostel is very accessible from the station.. Very friendly staff.. One that is lackingin the hostel is the wifi.. Wifi signal is super slow.. In addition to that, the washing machine is not for the guest to use... Other than that, this is a value for money place

Near station and bus to beach. Little room and not very clean but it is a holiday house with kitchen and everything you need to cook is there space and no other people, also garden. Owner is very kind. We stayed longer than we planned, had a great time.

No more than a place to sleep

Location very close to Pisa Central Station and an easy walk. Ideal for us since we were headeing for the Cinque Terre. Staff very nice and helpful! Recommended!

The location is close by the station and airport. The staff is really friendly. One thing we missed out was airco.

the bathroom stank and the kitchen was not very clean

Great wifi. However unable to use the kitchen which was advertised as you could.

Very familiar.nice and clean. i can recommend to everyone! :)

This is not for the Central Station Apartment. They said they were having trouble with that location plumbing and moved us to another location much further from the train station. They did take off 10 Euro's for a cab ride back to the train but with tip it cost us 20.80 Euros. It was not the four bed with private in suite bath. We did have a private bath since no one else was there that we saw until late that night., but you had to leave your room to get to it. building was not locked. Had cat.

This is an apartment style family run hostel. The room is simple and comfortable but there are bed bugs which I have pictures to prove. Hope this aspect can be improved.

The apartment is located near the station, perfect if you want to visit Florence or Lucca by train. The more touristic area is a bit further away but good to walk. The owner of the apartment is a very nice Italian lady who can speak some English and can tell you where to find good restaurants etc. We had a great time!!

a shared bathroom with 5 other is not a appartman for 2 person. not at all.

would've appreciated a fan. The mosquitoes were monstrous.
