I had a great stay at this hostel. It was relatively quiet, which was nice because I was exhausted from travel and trekking for most of my stay. Breakfast is simple, but good. No laundry service, but there are plenty of laundry services within a two-minute walk. The hot showers were great and I was very appreciative of the warm blankets and comfy beds each night. The staff were very helpful and let me check-in early after an early flight from Lima.

Quiet place, fairly close to the main square. Great place to take it easy whilst acclimatising to the altitude.

Room was clean bathroom clean, would have been nice to be provided soap in the bathroom. Was given a towel and breakfast was good as well. Ana was very hospitable and happy to answer any questions that i had.

I am very happy with my stay in this hostel. Great location, 7-8 minutes walk to central Plaza. Located in a quiet neighborhood. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. Especially Ana Cecilia, nice and cheerful person to talk to. I learn a lot about cusco and the local culture by talking to her.

We had such a lovely stay at Pisko and soul. The staff were fantastic. Edu was a great host and we had an opportunity to go horseback riding which was such a great experience. Beds were very comfy. Highly recommend for your stay in Cusco if you are looking for a non party hostel and more of a homey feel place to stay :)

Great staff - always really friendly and very helpful. The breakfasts were very very good - granola, fresh fruit, bread, rolls, selection of hot drinks and very nice eggs cooked to order! Great DVD selection and very comfy seating area. Showers very good, clean and hot!! Very nice chilled out vibes. Only a short walk to San blas and about 5/10 mins downhill to town centre. Also beds were probably the most comfortable we have had in South America (slept like babies!!)

This is a lovely little hostel! We loved it here! It's clean and in a nice area on cusco! You also get eggs at breakfast! It's very quiet here but we wanted that before and after a hard trek!! It's near to cute little reatraunts and walking distance to all the attractions. The San blas area where the hostel is, is gorgous!!

Our room was comfortable and clean, bed very comfortable- at night it was cold but the room had an oil heater and the bed had three very warm blankets. Ensuite spotlessly clean and a fantastic shower. Breakfast is basic but nice, fried eggs available. Wifi good! Lots of tours but if you need information about doing the sites yourself try speak to Eduado. Location very good. This hostel could do with a little kitchen.

Great location in San Blas; very friendly and helpful staff, especially the girl; great breakfast, they even cook you eggs AND do the dishes; the building is absolutely wonderful, and the room had everything I want in a room - shelves, hooks, a nightstand (you don't find that everywhere!), I loved it. The only slight downside was a mouldy smell in the room.

Hostel is great. Great location (neighborhood is cozy, the street is really quiet and you have to walk about 10-15 minutes to get to the main square). Staff is really nice and friendly!! Hostel is good in general, nice ambience, good rooms with heating and good showers.

I was told to drink some Coca Matte tea and lie down for two hours upon my arrival in Cusco to get acclimated to the altitude. I was happy to see Coca leaves and hot water were available in the lobby 24 hours/day. They have a nice living room, but no kitchen facilities. Breakfast was good. The only problem was squeaky floors. We had an early flight and probably woke everyone up when we left. Staff was very friendly. Great restaurant within a block at San Blas Plaza called Pachapapa.

This hostel is small with only a couple of dorms but it has a nice feel. The location is the best part, San Blas is the artist quarter and it is very nice, safe and family orientated. Good shops and food and art everywhere. the people are friendly and the streets are quiet. Not a party hostel a nice chilled out place to stay. The beds are comfortable and breakfast was basic but nice with free eggs if wanted. i would stay here again for the location. The price is a little high but ok

We stayed here for 2 nights ahead of doing the Inca Trail. The rooms were quite nice although the floor boards were quite creaky. We didn't really hear the other rooms though. The staff was friendly and helpful, they let us have breakfast a little early one of the days. The location is in San Blas which is up the hill a bit from the main area of cusco. The walk wasn't too bad though and only about 10min or less to the main square. I would definitely stay here again.

A great hostel which, although situated up the hill, is worth the climb- lots of great restaurants etc nearby. Nice rooms and a good breakfast as well as really helpful staff. The only downsides were that the wifi was only available in the common areas and there was no kitchen for you to cook in....

We only needed a place to stay one night and keep our stuff during our 5 days trekk to Salkantay, so Pisko and Soul attended our requirements. However, if we were looking for a place to have fun like take a beer with other backpackers or cook our own meal, we would miss an area like that. Besides, the floor seems to be old wood and does an annoying noise while we walk (it might be really inconvenient when you're going to the bathroom in the middle of night!)
