Apartment renovated, interior, with two bedrooms, one with double bed and one with bunk beds.Apartment for three people charge for a 4th person 17 euros/night in low season and 27 euros/night in high season.General: digital TV, washer-dryer, electric heaters, split air con, security door, electric kettle, iron and ironing board, hair dryer.
Kitchen: Microwave, oven, fridge, gas cooking stove, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, juicer, kettle and all utensils with a fitted themselves.Clothing: 1 complete set of sheets and towels for each occupant.Notes: No smoking inside the house.No pets allowed.
Amount is added to a deposit of 250 euros as a deposit which will be refunded to the tenant if no damage to his departure. You will pay an amount of 50 euros for cleaning costs.The cost of accommodation + deposit + cleaning may be in cash on arrival at the apartment.Breakfast not included, taxes included, if required bill will increase by 10% the amount due to VAT.
