The property is located within the Parc Natural de Collserola, giving it a unique character. The owner organizes many outdoor activities such as walks Collserola, bike outings, full moon ....3rd floor without lift. 2 bedrooms: 2 twin beds+2 twin beds. The property has a terrace
Occupants: 3. Extra person: 4, which will pay an extra € 17 in regular season / 27 € high season.
Digital TV, USB and mini-jack, washer, air conditioning (hot-cold), security door, mixed system: gas boiler + solar panels. The iron, ironing board and vacuum cleaner if needed you can ask the owner (lives in the same building). The property has no hairdryer.
-Kitchen: Microwave, refrigerator, induction plate, toaster, juicer manual and all the utensils themselves with a fitted. The blender can be asked to the owner. The house has no oven and dishwasher.
Amount is added to a deposit of 250 as a deposit which will be refunded to the tenant if no abnormalities on departure. You will pay an amount of 50 for cleaning costs.
The cost of accommodation + deposit + cleaning may be in cash on arrival at the apartment.
Breakfast not included, taxes included, if required bill will increase by 10% the amount due to VAT.
