General: digital TV, washing machine, air conditioning (hot-cold), door security, wifi, electric water heater, vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board.The property has no hairdryer.
Kitchen: Oven, microwave, fridge, hob, kettle, toaster, juicer manual, blender and all utensils with a fitted themselves.Bedding: 1 complete set of sheets per bed, 1 bed Duvet Cover, 2 cushions, 1 bed guard, 1 large towel per seat, 1 hand towel per occupant, 1 foot towel, 1 tablecloth, 2 dishcloths.
Comment: Smoke inside the house but on the terrace.
The apartment has one bedroom with double bed and sofa bed. Extra charge for 3 people (15 normal season/+20 high season)
We charge on arrival 250 euros as a refundable deposit when check out, plus 50 euros for cleaning. Deposit+rental+cleaning charge will be paid in cash the arrival day.
