Property Information:
The apartment consists of a living room with a double sofa bed and a table (there is a possibility to substutude a sofa bed with 2 twin single beds), a small kitchenette with all the amentities (fridge, dishwasher, toaster, dishes), a bed room with a double bed and a bathroom with shower. There is air conditioning in the flat, central heating, tv, hairdryer, iron, and all the modern comforts. The appartment is on the first floor with elevator.
There is associate garage near the appartment at the rate of 25 euro per night.
On request there is a possibility of transfer from the airport and the excursions and tours in Florence and downtown.
The appartment is situated in the heart of the historical center of Florence, with a view of Pitti palace and 2 minutes walk from the old Bridge.
It is also close to the Palazzo vecchio, Uffizi Gallery and Duomo.
Nearby there is shopping area and the area of all the handicrafts' shops and laboratories. Also there many typical restaurants, bars and caffes.

Latest Review
Because of problems of humidity in the Apartment (of which they informed us two days before the arrival) they moved us to Hotel Azzi, probably another property of theirs, keeping the same prize (important since the cheapest room there was way more expensive than Pitti Apartment). Kind and helpful hosts.

This property has a 3 day cancellation policy.Failure to cancel within this time will result in a cancellation charge equal to the first night of your stay.
Things to Note
All the expenses, linen and towels are included into the price. For the extra cleaning of the room - extra charge.
Pets are welcome.
Reception is open from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Late arrival is possibile for the extra charge.
