Staff were helpful and friendly. We had a double room which was next to the road. I don't think the window was fitted correctly as traffic was really loud. Apart from that nothing was too bad. When we arrived we had no water in our building for 5 hours
Staff was really friendly, the hostel is very clean. Great place, to recommend!

Poor atmosphere, unprofessional staff and dirty toilets. I wouldn't stay there again.
We were going to stay here, but after seeing the rooms, decided against it. The actual hostel side in the main area looked very nice as they were in the newer part of the hostel. We were in the adjoining building in private rooms which were not great. It was very cold, the blankets had stains on them and it felt a little disconcerting being there. When we decided not to stay, the staff were happy to refund our money without question. I could not fault their excellent service. Thank you.
The staff here are absolutely fantastic and make you feel at home from the moment you walk trough the door. Nothing is too hard for them and they have loads of ideas/activities and information for you to do. Pretty close to the old town and easy access to busses etc. Sleep on the top bunk if you get the chance, I reckon! Thanks for a great stay!
Good hostel on a good location. Rooms are a little old and some smell like mold, but nothing too serious. The staff is unbelievable, really nice and very, very helpful! Overall, a nice hostel!
The dorms had the smell of dampness to them and the bed was pretty uncomfortable. The small shower rooms always had wet floors as they had no ventilation. The staff were nice, and the hostel is in a good location, close to attractions and restaurants and a supermarket.
