The staff was really good and friendly!! We had a great time here and we would come back anytime!

It was a cool place with a music venue downstairs. However the toilets didn't have any toilet paper.

Staff were really nice and friendly the pub underneath had good offers and everyone made us feel very welcome.

I found the hostel to be one the cleanest and comfortablist I have stayed one. The staff were brilliant although having checked in the manager informed us that they run a bus service down to the beach, when asking the next day if we could the women receptionist said that she didn't know - def needs more training and knowledge of the local area as she said it was a 15 min walk but was at lest 45 mins. Overall I would recommend this hostel and would stay again.

The Location is poor caus it is so far to the beach but near to the coach station! approx 20 min walk to the beach by feet! But the Hostel is very nice and the staff is very friendly. The Price is better than other hostels in Coffs Harbour, but you have to include the bus ticket to the beach or you walk by feet ;)

There's no internet, no laundry room. The hostel can have 50+ guests but the kitchen has one cooker with four hobs, and the t.v. lounge has one two seater sofa. There was only seven of us in the hostel and we were celebrating a girls 21st birthday party, one night manager told us to be quieter for the other guests...there weren't any, and then another night manager said we were cool to carry on. Both of them were really drunk and one of them "playfully" slapped my room mate around the face!
