Slept in a 4 person dorm while I reserved a 2 person dorm on the internet (was the same price) Didn´t want to discuss that because I travelled for 24 hours and was tired so accepted it. Facilities are ok, not really great. In the hostel is quite cold. They say there are hot showers, but I didn´t had any. Big argument about payment because staff wanted me to pay everything while i already paid a fee through Hostelworld. Threatened by calling the police. Finally by showing reservation it was ok.

It was cold and lacked atmosphere. Staff we not overly helpful either. Location was right in downtown and was good and the hostel was always clean. Has a lot more potential.
