It's a little walk from the metro and right down the street from Moulin Rouge, but I felt safe. There was 24/hr reception. Also within walking distance of Sacre Coer.

We really enjoyed our room which was a twin-bedded room with private bath. The room was spotless and the bathroom was perfect Everything in the bathroom seemed brand-new. The people at reception were mostly very friendly, particularly Hind and Charles and Juan ! They were very helpful. Breakfast was good, too. The door to the upstairs squeaked a lot and needs to be oiled ! We could hear it one flight up ! Also, the door landing to the luggage room needs a strip so people won't trip over it !

Montmartre is a perfect location. The hostel is very new, organized. But everything is so tiny... It's made for dwarfs. I had a dorm ensuite and it was impossible to fit in the toilet. I had to sit without touching my feet on the ground to get to close the door. And the bunkbeds move too much. Other than that, nice hostel for Paris, where you actually have no better options for this price, unfortunately... And the Internet is not free for Skype and other communication apps, only general browsing

If I ever get chance to go back to Paris, I\'ll definitely stay in Plug-inn again. Line 4, which is a few steps away, leads to most all the major spots around Seine. The portion for breakfast is not so big, but enough for an energetic morning. Located in Montmartre, the hostel has a typical Parisian mood. And the staff are excellent! Extremely helpful. They offered me their phone when mine was running out of money, so I could call my friends (of course domestic calls) and say goodby to them.

Our room was very-very small for 4 persons. We had to organise where to place the suitcases. It was very dirty, there was no cleaning at all-not even emptying the garbage. The breakfast was fine and the lady was charming downstairs. It is a pity that she can not speak English.

France is expensive. So are most of the hostels, but this place is more like a hotel than a hostel. Very clean and they had computers to use for free, which was great!! there are some GREAT food places, grocery store and metro all within a few minutes walk. The down side: VERY SMALL BATHROOMS, really pricey hostel and far from downtown Paris, though close to Sacre Couer. Nice place, but expensive.

The hostel is reasonably priced for its location. However, walls are paper thin and doors screech (bring earplugs), breakfast is great but the bf-room is definitely nothing for those a bit claustrophobic. Staff was professional but not exactly super nice. A safe is provided but could be in the room and you can store your luggage in the common room rather than an extra locked room on the last day. Taken together I am pretty happy with the hostel and will use it again the next time I'm in Paris.

Perfect location! 3 blocks away from the Moulin Rouge, starbucks and the restaurant Amelie was filmed in, what more could you ask for? everything is near by plus Blanche metro stop. This place was small, friendly and i found it easy to make friends on my first night! nice little terrace, computers and wifi throughout were a bonus. Rooms were very small but that was ok, washroom was impeccable, minus the ants in the washroom. Ill be back though!

I can't complain much on the hostel because breakfast was good, location is the heart of Montmarte. The only inconvenience is the toilet, bath and lift which are extremely small. And they have wobbly beds as well.

3 minute walk to metro. Montmartre is an area with lots of little shops, bakeries, cafes... The area was pretty safe, although can seem a little seedy down the road. Approx. 20 minute walk to the Louvre, approx. 30 minutes to Notre Dame. Breakfast is included; choice of 2 cereals, coffee, tea, orange juice and a roll and croissant. People at the reception all speak English and French. Computers/internet is free. Wifi on your own device is free for the first 4 hours you use. No lockers.

it was kind of a boring hostel and actually have a rule that says customers can't stay in the hostel between 1100 to 1500, that was pretty depressing for people that wanted to just relax during the day and go out at evening or night time.

it was OK you get what u r paying nothing more, OK breakfast, one guy in the reception was rude and when u ask him something he answer but looking at u like he want to kill u just for asking if he can handle you a map, the other guy, who is at night is a lot more friendly. I would go back there because of the location, its clean and have wifi working in your bedroom

Excellent hostel, very clean, extremely friendly staff, always went the extra mile, such as free internet and offering croissants in the reception. Breakfast was good. Only complaints - the bunk beds were a little unstable and the lift was often not working. Other than that, had a great time, excellent value for money and would definitely stay again.

in my case it was ok. room for 6, enough room to walk, a good bathroom, but I know that other rooms are tiny and tiny bathrooms too. The elevator hardly handles 3 people almost sandwiched together. The area is nice, although downtown Paris is a good 30-40 minute walk ( times 2 for a round trip). There's a supermarket nearby to avoid pricy Paris, breakfast is good. Get a subway map and you're good to go. The hostel is near Blanche station. blue line.

For the most part, everything was great. Your staff was friendly and helpful. Everything was very clean, and breakfast was good. It's nice that you have computers in the lobby for those that didn't bring one along. The only thing I didn't like was that you just leave your belongings in the courtyard if you couldn't check-in yet, or had to check out. I understand that space is limited, but even just some small lockers for valuables would be nice. Overall, excellent stay.
