This hostel is very small. There is no place to hang out at night except for the 4 computers and rooms are so small you dont want to stay in it. There is a small veranda but way to cold at that time of the year to be in it. I would still recommend it because of its location. Really close to the metro.

Stayed for 4 nights in female dorm. Bunk beds were really shaky and noisy. Not enough room to move around. Breakfast every morning was quit good. Excellent location, next to metro station, and lots of restaurants/cafe/convenient store along the way.

Overall good experience. The location of the hostel is very convenient, right beside the moulin rouge and Blanche metro station. Lots of restaurants, take-out places and mini mart on the street. Free breakfast is good, and mini buffet style. Each person with a croissant and a bun, also cereal, coffee/tea, milk/orange juice. The shower in the room is very small, just enough space to move around. But the bunk beds in the dorm are very shaky, make so much noise with even the tinniest move.

In-room shower was moldy; bathroom smelled like sewer. Price too high for these accomodations

We stayed in a two-bed bedroom with private bathroom. Your experience may vary if you have to share the bathroom (they didn't look so famous)

Great hostel except for the lack of locks on the washroom doors!

The stay was not worth what we paid. The rooms had old sheets and blankets that smelled terrible. It was small, but that wasn't the problem, every room in Paris is small. I've been to Paris 3 times and I can tell you this is definitely not the best value for money. There are other nicer places in Monmarte for less expensive. The breakfast was sufficient but crowded. The reason I like hostels is because they have more helpful information than hotels, but this wasn't the case here.

Very nice located in the heart of Montmartre. Friendly staff and cosy rooms. We had the double de luxe which was more expensive but calm situated.

Nice hostel in an extremely good location, in the heart of Montmartre close to Sacre Coeur and lots of restaurants, bars and shops. The rooms (and the bathrooms) are very small and we skipped breakfast most of the time because it was not that special and the breakfast room at times quite crowded (as it is also small :)). But apart from that, the staff was helpful, the rooms were quite clean (which in Paris means "way above average" clean) and - again - the location was perfect!

Really no atmosphere in the hostel and it was a real pain not having a locker to keep belongings safe during the day. Staff were not overly helpful and looked like they were bored and had better things to be doing. Really small staircase and not easy to get up to the rooms. Internet dropped in and out and was extremely slow, hardly worked and could not do what I wanted to do I.e. post photos on the internet, use Skype...

Very good hostel. Location is very nice. There are a lot of coffees in that area. In about 20 minutes you're at the louvre or you can the metro which is about 3 minutes from the hostel. The staff is very friendly and always ready to help if you have a problem. The rooms are small but that's not that of a big deal. I would stay at this hostel again if i visit paris again. We loved it.

tiny, tiny, TINY! 2 noisy bunk beds crammed into TINY room, the toilette was hard to get into and you have your arms against the walls when you are sitting down. CRAZY. but great location near Moulin Rouge and beautiful Montmarte.

Lovely! Loved the bright little courtyard and the funky decor. The room was sunny, clean, and neat. My only complaints are that some of the bunk beds are very squeaky, and I found several of (somebody else's) hairs on my blanket.

I loved the hostel's location in trendy Montmartre, with award-winning bakeries and excellent restaurants just a few blocks away. The artsy and fun atmosphere made it totally worth having to transfer metro lines to get to most of the tourist attractions in Paris. The rooms and bathrooms were clean. The staff was incredibly helpful and welcomed us with open arms. Free wifi/internet with a laundromat just around the corner. I loved staying here and would definitely recommend it highly.

I have no other hostel in Paris to compare to but Plug Inn seemed to be TINY. The rooms are so small that there is barely enough room to move around let alone put luggage anywhere. Bunk beds are cheap and flimsy so you may be easily woken by your neighbour rolling over. Kitchen area downstairs, for breakfast, is really hot. The common area isn't really much of a social place but at least these is a space to sit out in. Wifi is good in rooms. Staff generally very helpful. It's ok but just tiny.
