Welcome to Plus Florence

Plus Florence is a hostel in the heart of Florence, just a short walk from the city’s main attractions and only 10 minutes on foot from Santa Maria Novella train station.
From the moment you arrive, you’ll find plenty of services designed to make your stay even more enjoyable. The hostel features a café, bar and restaurant, as well as a reception desk, a panoramic terrace and free Wi-Fi throughout.
Every room is equipped with a flat-screen TV and, for those looking for a little more privacy and comfort, female-only dorms are also available.
During the warmer months, you can relax by the outdoor pool with bar area, while in winter you can enjoy the wellness centre with indoor pool, sauna and Turkish bath.
With Wi-Fi available throughout the hostel, you can stay connected and easily share your Florence experience with friends and family.

Our rooms

Shared dorms

Our mixed dorms are bright, spacious and can accommodate between 4 and 8 guests. Each bed comes with a personal reading light, bed linen, blanket and pillow, as well as an individual locker that you can secure with your own padlock.
All dorms also have a private bathroom with toilet and shower.

Private rooms

Our private twin, double and triple rooms are modern, bright and comfortable. Each room includes bed linen, blankets and pillows, as well as a private bathroom with toilet and shower.
Triple rooms can be arranged with one double bed and one single bed or with three single beds, to suit different travel needs.

Female-only dorms

Our female-only dorms are designed to offer extra comfort and privacy. Bright and carefully furnished, they can accommodate between 4 and 8 guests and include a few extra amenities, such as more spacious bathrooms, towels, hairdryers and a complimentary welcome toiletries kit.

Breakfast

Breakfast is not included in the booking, but several options are available to suit different needs. For details about the available choices, serving times and prices, simply ask at reception during your stay.

Pets and assistance animals

Small and medium-sized pets are allowed in private rooms only, up to a maximum of two per room and subject to prior request. An additional fee applies for special cleaning.
Pets must be up to date with their vaccinations, microchipped and accompanied by an up-to-date health record. They cannot be left unattended in the room, and dogs must always be kept on a lead in shared areas.
Pets are not allowed in shared dorms, the communal kitchen or the pool area. Assistance and working animals are exempt from additional charges and from the access restrictions that apply to other animals.

City tax

The Municipality of Florence charges a city tax of €4.00 per person, per night, payable directly at the hostel.

Important information

Before booking, please read the following information carefully.
At check-in, EU citizens must present a valid ID card or passport. Non-EU citizens must present a valid passport only. Copies or photos of documents are not accepted.
From 1 October to 31 May, in accordance with local regulations, the air-conditioning systems are switched to heating mode. Air conditioning becomes available again from 1 June.
