I loved the hostel, the staff was excellent and they attended our needs imediately as they appear! I only think that they should give free towels and "amenities" to the girls in mixed rooms as they do to girls rooms!I loved the hostel, the staff was excellent and they attended our needs imediately as they appear! Its very near to the main Station Santa Maria Novella, and just few streets of the main places. It clean, the stuff its great, they help u in all u need, u have all the necesary information where to go. It s really safe... just AMAZING. It's all above average. The main point is that it's a very new building.
Staff is very relaxed and informal. Breakfast is excellent, but it's additional 5 euros. I recommend it.It's all above average. The main point is that it's a very new building.

the room was freezing though so make sure you get bring another blanket!!!!!
