Great location on a beautiful island, with live entertainment including djs and bands. Unfortunately the dorms were filthy and the staff were rude and disinterested.

L'hotel est superbe, très jeune, esprit 'roots' dans un décor de rêve tout près d'une plage paradisiaque pour des vacances endiablées et pleines de belles rencontres.. MAIS je laisse un puissant avertissement suite à ce qui m'y est arrivé: si vous voyez un DOBERMAN marron dans les parages, ne vous en approchez pas, il m'a attaqué au visage et a déjà mordu d'autres personnes. Il est très DANGEREUX et son propriétaire, DOIT le faire partir, rien de mieux pour vous gâcher des vacances. Méfiez-vou

Poc-Na has an awesome vibe and is the place to stay in Isla Mujeres. It's easy to get stuck here for longer than planned with lazy beachy days and fun beach party at night. My one complaint is that the staff is not very friendly and there is is definitely a cliquey vibe with the regulars there.

Big hostel.Lots of people.Nice place,but very noisy.Party.party.party all night. I can not recommend this hostel to people who like going to sleep before 3 a.m.

Amazing! Best hostel ive ever stayed at. Stayed for 5 nights instead of 3. Loved the backyard with hammocks, palm trees, sand and beach bar. Such a nice environment to be in and full of great people. Only drawbacks: can't use the kitchen yourself and food you can order is average. Also, cleaning could be better- it never really felt that the rooms were cleaned properly and the communal toilets were not cleaned enough ie in morning were filthy and no toilet paper. Showers were average.

The only drawback that we faced is we were not able to get into the kitchen at the night time.We felt very thirsty at mid night. We went to the kitchen to drink some water but they said that we should not come to the kitchen once it is closed. Even for drinking water they charge. If it is not so then is would be fine.

If you like drinking, smoking, cold showers and lousy WiFi, this hostel is for you. Too big, too impersonal for my taste. this hostel is greatly over-rated.

We had a very enjoyable stay. The hostel is nice and close to good beaches and staff were friendly.

Over all nice hostel. A little too expensive for what you get. I have never been to a hostel that is right on the beach and only let you "rent" a towel...

Absolutely amazing hostel. Poc Na has it all. Great facilities, super friendly staff (thanks Leo!), amazing atmosphere and the best location. Right on the beach with a great beach volleyball court and a fun beach bar. The hammocks are nice to enjoy the afternoon sun. Comfortable enough beds, you wont even spend much time in them. Almost impossible not to meet people. Would definitely recommend staying here, i want to go back!!

a really fun hostel, lots of other travellers, always something going on that you can choose to join or not. Food and booze prices are cheap. My only complaint would be that their wifi sucks big time, often down, really slow

Great vibe and very friend people

For my concerns the hostel was too big and too loud. But it depends on what you are looking for. The staff was very impersonal, but maybee that 's because the hostel is so big.

Great place to stay for all ages

Internet is really slow... skype will not work... staff do not care and are a little to cool for school. It gets expensive with no kitchen and bar prices... if your on a budget skip the hole island...

Espectacular!!!

This place was great... on a beautiful beach( though not one that is good for swimming) and just a few blocks from a swimming beach where you can watch the sunset. At night they have live music, magic shows, and a beach party with a DJ. I must say this place is GREAT but to be fair I will say the negatives. There is no hot water, you cannot drink your own alcohol(you must buy theirs for a fair price) and they charge money to play ping pong etc rather than just taking a deposit.
