Bad service, impolite staff, poor facilities, no common area, no kitchen, only one bathroom with the toilet in the hostel (needed to wait long just to go to toilet). Beds were falling apart and kept horrible noise. No control on who comes in the hostel with guests as there wasn't anybody at the reception. Breakfast was just coffee and vacuum packed croissant and biscuit. Hostel was clean and location was good, near the sights and a grocery store. Still, not a good value for money unfortunately.

Very good hostel, really excellent location (to the Colloseum - center of Rome). The hostel is clean and the beds are fine. The rooms are also quite big. The staff was very friendly and helpful, i came last minute with a friend and the member of staff helped us very well. The reason why you write down the time of arrival is because the staff is there waiting for you for check in. Really good value for money :)!

The staff was very friendly. I had a hard time getting to the Inn because there are two addresses, but other than that, it was a pleasant stay overall.

f you had one thing I did not like this hostel was, when I arrived, the boy who attended me have said (albeit polite), which was almost telling me to go home because they had passed the agreed time. Nevertheless, he was attentive and gave me a free map of the city, and showed me where was the sights. Moreover, I have nothing to complain about. One positive thing was being able to come and go as we wanted, and the fact that breakfast.

For me it was a pleasant, first time weekend in a hostel! Present and attentive staff, comfort(hot water 24 hours a day, the extra blanket, the warmth in the room) and safety at a low price!

Good hostel, but breakfast was poor (bun and coffee). I also stuck in that bed was Unmade, and the mattresses were bright spots.

I've stayed in 2 rooms: At the double/shared bath, I've had some trouble with the cleanliness, cause I'm alergic to dust. But for my friend it was ok, no problems. The bathroom was good, and there was a hair dryer, this is great. The shower box is a little bit small, but the shower is good enough :) At the 6 bed room, I had no problems with the dust, and the sheets were very well cleaned. You'll have to pay city tax that is not included: 2€ person/night. I was there on february.

After reading the reviews, expecting the worst. Booked as was cheap. But fortunately the hostel was very nice. Simple but cleaned every day. The staff is very friendly, answered all my questions, gave advice. I do not know why tourists pay a few euros and expect service like in a 4-5 stars hotel. If I'll be in Rome, I would like to stay here again.

Accommodations listed, like breakfast and airport shuttle service, require a fee. Overall, clean and good location near the Colosseum.

It's good for some night, but not for a stay the the day. Personally as student it was convenient at all, specially for the situation and the price. The Breakfast is awesome. But there was missing a radiator at night and clean towels. Finally to propose to modestly people like mine.

Only one bathroom for so many people is inconvenient, beds that break so the customer has to sleep on the floor is pretty bad and having no security except making bags completely inaccessible to guests isn't great either. Location is the only bonus to this hostel. "City tax" should be listed in the price beforehand.

One bathroom for 2 rooms is not enough, better is only room with private bathroom....

Was a little hard to find from the street, but location is very close to the colloseum. There is no one there for early check in or baggage storage but the 2 young men at reception were very helpful and polite. I had a double room, looks exactly like the photo. Very simple decor but large room. All in all not a bad place.
