The location is great: It's almost inside of Termini Station. The breakfast is really poor..Just a cappuccino and a croissant, but at least there's a breakfast.I missed some better place where we can sit down and eat something or talk with somebody. There is a kind of this place but is small and is aways full (just 3 or 4 people are enough to make it crowded). It's clean but, because of the building don't be new, it sounds to be not so clean. But I think that every hostels in Roma are like this.

Very handy if you have a late flight as the location could not be better from the buses to both airports. Bathroom would need refurbishment.

Location is perfect if youre traveling by train. Breakfast is good, a croissant and small drink at a cafe on the same street. Great staff, multilingual and attentive. The only thing I didnt like was when we arrived they told us our beds (we had reserved 2 beds in a 4 bed dorm) were not only in different rooms, but in different floors. So they offered we could pay extra to get a double private room which was ok in the end but we werent planning on paying for a private.

I had a great time here at Pop Inn! The staff was extremely friendly, the location was great as I was getting into the city right from Termini station, and all of the people staying at the hostel were super friendly. I stayed in a mixed dorm over a four day period, and everyone I stayed with were very nice. The price is great for what you are getting, but be warned that they only have one bathroom per section of rooms (about five rooms in a section). That wasn't a problem for me, though!

Well Located, nice staff and clean, but expensive according to facilities, building, (no hangers for clothes or just one chair in a shared dorm, e.g)

This is the worst hostel experience. Unfriendly staff. I wrote an email to the management without an answer. The location is good but the rest is NOT good.

Great hostel! There is always someone at the front desk willing to answer any questions/take care of any complaints. They gave excellent advice about what to see/do in Rome, circling it all on a map. They clean everything every day, leaving it all super clean. They don't turn on the heat until 10pm, so bring a sweatshirt to wear in the room during the day.

Staff was very nice for the most part, internet turned off at night even though we paid for it! Never knew if your shower would be hot or cold...could only get wifi on phones in lobby and lobby closed at night. good for money but dont expect much.

Definitely the best hostel i ever stayed in! Had loads of fun and met cool people. The location couldn't be better and the staff is awesome too, the manager even helped me with my mistake with the reservation so I could stay longer. Clean, safe and functional.

This hostel was fantastic! Perfect location, very warm and helpful staff and very clean and secure. I stayed in the Africa room with my boyfriend which was lovely decorated with a comfortable bed and a balcony. The staff are very knowledgeable and friendly and you get a free drink and croissant every day from the cafe down the street. The only negative is that it isn't free wifi as advertised, however it's 5 euros for 24 hours so I can't complain! I highly recommend this hostel!

Very EXCELLENT location, just in front Termini Station. There are no (famous) tourist attractions nearby but it's very very hand to go anywhere by bus, tube or if you are travelling outside Rome that's the best option to stay in. Staff is friendly, rooms and toilets are clean. Shower is ok, there's a bit of noise which is pretty common in Rome. When I come back to Rome will definitely stay there again :)
