Excellent location right next to the train station. Quality of the staff varied significantly from shift to shift with some very helpful and friendly and others a bit rude. Well cleaned, but internet only works in the common area, unfortunately. A very adequate if not amazing stay.

The place reaked of mold and feet. The beds were small and uncomfortable with rough and scratchy sheets. There was ONE toilet on our floor for over 25-30 people and the bathroom was disgusting. I slept the first night on top of the covers on a jacket and beanie as I was sure there had to be bed bugs. No wifi anywhere but the 10x10 reception and even in there it was poor. I ended up leaving after the first night and was not refunded a dime for the second two nights. Travelers beware! Terrible

The staff wasn't helpful at all and there was this asian girl who was very unpleasant to be with. If it wasn't by her, maybe i'd have had a better stay. And it should be more clear on the hostel webpage that they don't have a kitchen and that the breakfast it's just a coffe with a croissant. oh, and there are not enough lokers for each room! (take that really into account!) Apart from that, the cleanliness and location is good, but in overall i think this hostel is a little overrated.

Great location. Could be a lot cleaner and nicer. A little expensive in my opinion. Some of the rooms had doors which didn't lock. Bring your own lock to lock up your stuff in their lockers for the day. Bring flip flips to shower in. You need to rent a towel for 1 euro as well and bring shower stuff.

Very noisy in the morning (cleaners start slamming doors at 8am every day!!). Good location and facing termini station. Staff not great but still value for money.

Great location, and helpful staff. The only time I had trouble was checking out in the morning. The reception door was locked and no one was coming to the door. I eventually came back later in the day and managed to check out though so it was all good. Overall a great place to stay if you're on the move and need a central location.

overall average facilities, cold showers. nice location across from train station and both lines A and B metro. really popular for college students - always had people moving in and out, every day. best thing to do is probably to rent a private, as there's a lot of traffic otherwise. bring your own SMALL padlock - mine didn't fit and i had to buy one from them for 5E. communal bathrooms were a pain. shower on our floor was often taken so we had to go to a diff floor. free breakfast was good!

The room was outstanding, very clean and we loved our stay. The only down side was that there was no hot water in our private bathroom so we had to use the shared facilities having paid for private. The staff were apologetic and helpful.

Truly amazing staff, great location (Just opposite Roma Termini), very safe...Only downside was no kitchen (who wants to cook in Rome btw!!) and the washrooms were bit not up to the mark...Wifi works great, even in the remote corners! Also no breakfast is provided :( I really enjoyed my stay here and cant wait to come back soon :)

Being across the street from Roma Termini train station is convenient but you'll be quite a distance away from downtown sites and night life. Wifi only works in the common room, not the dorms, but it's still a great place overall. The staff is very friendly and give good recommendations. The free included breakfast at the cafe next door is great, but any other meal or snack there is too expensive and doesn't taste good.

The info people at Roma Termini didn't know of you. They gave me a printout of local hostels and you were not on it. I would suggest that you note on your site to leave Termini by the Roadhouse restaurant exit, or when coming off trains exit to the right when facing the front of the station. We spent a lot of time with our luggage trying to find out what side of the station you were on. The location was perfect for catching Teravision, as was the wifi.

The Pop Inn was a very good experience. The hostel was clean, nicely decorated, well-priced and the best part about it was that the staff were very friendly and helpful. It almost felt like staying at someone's house, with the quaint, clean bathroom and Bob Marley's voice resounding from the reception area. It was a wonderful experience and I can't wait to go back.

The building that it is in is creepy, with piles of garbage on the first floor. The building is shared, so that is also a little scary for security, but you get two doors with locks to get through, so it was okay. The decorations were...a little creepy. Like 80's/90's cartoon network shows threw up all over the walls. The beds were HORRIBLE. First had a hole. Next was 3 couch cushions, literally. They all rocked w/ movement. Breakfast was juice/coffee and 1 croissant. Terravision is RIGHT there.
