When we arrived late evening we were not greeted but instead they demanded we pay. We were not given the room we had booked. They was no television. There was definitely not a group atmosphere, getting breakfast was difficult as you had to wait until mid morning for them to be in the lobby and then you had to ask for it. When we tried to check out they tried to charge us more than we were supposed to pay and the power was turned off every day.

Spectacular view from our room, great location, big enough room and aircon was great. Having just stayed at less-expensive guesthouses that cleaned your room daily it was a bit disappointing that our room got so dirty. Especially problematic that there are SO many bugs in Vang Vieng.

The location is good... With good river view.... The room has big beds... Nice.. Cleanliness is average.. But still fine... It's quiet at night which is good..

This hotel was very clean and the bed was comfy. The breakfast was pretty good and the young guy who works there was very friendly. It was in a great location and though it was on the main street was very quiet as we were in a back room overlooking the river. We would recommend this place.

PERFECT Location - very close to where you hire tubes, good restaurants and travel agents. We had amazing views from our room and the rooms are up there with the best i have stayed in. Internet is fast but only available downstairs!
