The price reflects what you get. It's worth paying extra an staying somewhere with a atmosphere
Swimming pool was full of leaves and needed a gd clean. A little bit further away from the bus station than other hostels but we didnt mind that. Staff were helpful, and their english was gd. Could only get wifi in the reception area. Spare blanket in the bedroom was quite dirty. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was gd but there was no fruit.
Decent hostel and happened to be in town on a very quiet week so had a four bed room all to myself. They were really helpful in telling me how to get to the National Park to see the falls as well as help me book my rafting trip into the falls. Would recommend you bring a flash light as you wander Puerto Iguazu as this hostel is a little off the main road with lights being not the greatest to light your way there and occasionally going out in the town.

I have stayed at my fair share of hostels in the world, and this was hands-down my favorite. I loved the outdoor setting. It was absolutely beautiful and so relaxing. Poramba is relatively farther away from the city center than the others, but I really liked being in a very quiet neighborhood after a long day. "Far away" in Puerto Iguazu is still only a few short minutes of walking. The staff was so kind and accomodating, the facilities were great, and I highly recommend staying here!
Everything good but WIFI available in rooms will make it perfect. Some of the staff don't know English but we could communicate with my broken Spanish, so it's fine.
Just a one night stay so that we could visit the Falls. A good location, helpful staff and hot showers.
Nice staff and a good relation price-quality
I'm not sure about the security really as I only stayed one night, but when I arrived, I walked in and wandered about a bit before finding anyone who worked there to check me in (granted, the town is soooo small that security is not really an issue). Very laid back staff who didn't really bug us about paying until we left and helped us make travel arrangements. The place itself was cool with a pool and nice breakfast in the morning.
Good hostel, clean rooms, good breakfast. But the pool looks very dirty never used it...

nice little hostel where it is easy to meet other people. amazing breakfast!!! only the dorm i stayed in was not very nice, sheets were not really dry and it smelled mouldy.
The only thing the hostel was missing was lockers for valuables. Otherwise, I was very pleased an would recommend this place to fellow travelers. The staff were welcoming and knowledgeable. They will provide you with info and tour arrangements as well as airport transfer or vouchers for the park excursions. They ordered take out for us our first night. Breakfast was simple but nicely done. Hot showers. Clean bathrooms. Clean beds. Attentive staff. Easy to walk to downtown. Great place!!
Of all hostels that we stayed at on our trip in Chile and Argentina, this was our least favorite. Wifi was only in the lounge and the bed was super uncomfortable. The lounge wasn't much of a lounge... it felt more like a lobby, and it was cold (raining for most of the time we were there). The nice thing though was that there was a private bathroom in every room and breakfast was pretty good.
Didnt like location and staff didnt speak English so cancelled our booking before checking in. Was completely overpriced as facilities appeared below average.
Please remember this is Puerto Iguazu, not Vienna, 'fancy' isn't a fair expectation. With a consensus on that, this hostel is really what you should be looking for. Staff are always trying their best to help, flexible too. There is still some fine tuning to do but they can only get better and better. I don't see a better choice in this small town.
Really nice, helpful staff, who mostly speak at least a bit of English, which is helpful when you need it. They gave great advice on how to see the falls etc and gave some good tips about the town The facilities are quite good, it's nice to have a kitchen and the breakfast is good. Overall a nice stay
