We had no service what so ever.. Couldn't get checked in. Once we did the apartment was filthy.. Smelled terrible and everything felt wet. Shower was broken fan in bathroom was broken. We were told the "cleaning lady" would fix it the next day when she cleaned. She never came once. We had no way of reaching anyone from the property. We were never given a receipt or checked out just given the keys and that was it. We left keys on dresser and left. By far the worst accomadation we have ever had.

We came after 12h,needed to wait for half an hour and above all the apartment wasn't ready yet! Then Sandra came, she's ok. You need to ask for breakfast although it was included. She arrange us brioches every morning (delicious). The apartment is moist and it's in the basement with a little window. Awful bed.The kitchen is horrible!!The dinner service is dirty and greasy and the sink is clogged. We didn't have current one night and the last day there was a flood under the sink!Never again!

We had a studio with kitchen and private bathroom for a ridiculously small price. Both people in charge are a pleasure to meet. we had a tv and a dvd player with a couple of dvds, great for the night we decided not to go out in the city. you might want to know that the rooms are in the basement of the building, so it's a bit damp and there's not a lot of sun light. but even with that taken into account, it's still a really nice place to stay for a couple of nights.
