The location and facilities were great, as well as the activities and staff. One staff member gave us a great pizzeria recommendation (the best in the city!) and even drew us a map so we knew how to walk there. That was so helpful! The breakfast was great, the wifi was pretty stable, and I really loved the atmosphere of the common areas. The only negative was that the shower in our private double room was not clean. But the common area showers were so I used that instead.

A felt at home.

The lock on our room didn't work so make sure you use the lockers provided. The roof top bar was good, creating a good social atmosphere. The baggage storage can be a bit of a mission with having to climb over bags to get at yours.

We ended up staying four nights at this hostel. It was good value for money and was probably the cleanest hostel we have stayed at so far in South America. The staff and in particular Joao from Portugal were great. Pretty chilled out hostel with a laid back vibe.

Great location, awesome friendly staff and the roof top bar creates a great atmosphere to meet people.

The service from the staff was the best I experienced in South america

Good breakfast, but so much noise outside hostel. impossible to sleep for 2 nights.

All the staff were amazing, helpful and very caring with one's safety especially as a solo female traveler. Always provided tips without even asking. ,

Nice place, the roof terrace is a great place to hang out in the evenings or to have breakfast, and there's also a cosy common area inside. Helpful staff, snd hostel events such as maté tasting and roof bbq make it easy to meet people. The area is good for many of the tourist sites but doesn't feel especially safe to wander round alone at night. It is also very noisy outside at the weekends (or was when I was there anyway), so might not be the best place for getting a good night's sleep!

My stay at this hostel was very positive! Great location, close to Obelisco. The staff was a little under par however, there wasn’t much communication between them, some were new and had no idea what was going on, or some were downright rude. However, the hostel offers some great activities like tango and Spanish lessons as well as mate and asado. The room was nice and clean, plenty of storage in lockers. Not many outlets though. Breakfast was very good! Great place for meeting other travelers!

Great location close to the Subt and clubs. Would be a good place to stay in the week so you can travel around BA using public transport.

Lovely building- full of character. Beautiful lift and staircase. Roof top area which is peaceful. Showers are clean, wifi is good. We met friendly travellers. Draw back was our room was at the front and next to the night club so a bit of boom boom throughout the night. (Us finishing our night at 3:30 was a bit early for BA. Bunks were a bit wobbly but good matresses and clean beds that were made up nicely.

Nice, chilled out hostel. Not too big, not too crazy. Pleasant roof terrace and decent breakfast, excellent wifi access. Staff were extremely helpful. Would recommend.

Friendly and helpful staff. Well located, within walking distance for sightseeing. The rooftop bar is great for meeting other travellers.

Nice place to stay, room has no windows though, the rest was beautiful! Special mention to the rooftop, a little jewelry in the downtown of B Aires

Great staff, helpful and friendly! a much more homely atmosphere than milhouse party hostel which is very close by.

Very friendly and helpful staff, clean and comfortable, good location. I enjoyed the free tango and Spanish classes. It is noisy on Friday and Saturday nights because of the night club next door, but quiet the rest of the time.

Great location, friendly staff, organised football match tour for us, really good bar on the terrace, free activities every day such as Spanish and tango lessons, the bbq was a bit of a let down. The kitchen was being expanded at time of visit so should be a good size when finished. Good bathrooms and relatively spacious dorms, the a/c is very loud and leaked a bit, not all rooms have a/c though.

The lock on my dorm door didn't work (you could open it even if the lock was set) and the latch on the locker was too small to put a padlock on. They also didn't have all the keys to my room - i think some were missing. You have to buzz to get into the front door, but they don't check who it is, so anyone could have come into my dorm at any time. The place was quite messy, the wifi was very weak, breakfast wasn't great. Great location and price, but you get what you pay for. Would NOT return.

Awesome hostel. Great location, facilities and atmosphere. The rooftop area is great for chilling out. Most of the staff were very helpful. I would definitely recommend this to friends staying in Buenos Aires.
