Everything was brilliant! Location close to metro, old part of Porto and awesome sushi place. Staff super friendly. I asked to switch rooms because of sick and snoring roommate, they didn't hesitate. Cleanest hostel I have ever been to. Fully operational kitchen.

Had a wonderful stay at Porto Spot!! The price couldn't be beat for the value of this place. Stayed in the 2 person private and it felt just like a hotel. Clean and new bathroom, hot shower, free towels, and free breakfast. Awesome staff, walking tour and pub crawl! Best hostel I've ever stayed at! Porto is a wonderful city and this place made it even better.

Clean, friendly and helpful staff, nice facilities. Try the chef's meal once too for a change for the home-made meal feeling.

Great cosy hostel. Big rooms and beds with nice mattresses. The people working here were very helpful. There's an organized dinner and pubcrawl every night. The breakfast is good. Porto isn't that big so I was able to walk everywhere from this hostel.

The lady at the reception was very friendly and helpful. I was travelling by myself and she recommended lots of activities and great places to dine. The rooms are clean and comfortable.

The dorm rooms are pretty big. A lot of room for activities. Bed's comfortable with power points, toilets clean and big enough. The bar has a nice outside patio and is a decent way to meet people.

The hostel itself has great facilities with a large and comfortable common area, easy to socialize, very shine rooms, clean and warm bathrooms and a great wifi network covering all parts of the building. A place to come back !!!

This hostel is beautiful! The only issue was that the kitchen and laundry facilities were closed while I was there.

Some showers don't get very warm and the hostel is awkwardly located a bit out of the city center, but not enough that you need to take public transport so you end up walking a while. Breakfast is very good! Staff are helpful but not overly warm. Lots of space to relax and socialize, or not if you want to read a book or something. Overall great hostel, would stay again.

The most beautiful, cosy facilities and all of the highest quality. It really appears as though everything has been carefully planned out and the staff truly care about their work.. Feels like you're staying with the most accomodating and thoughtful family in the coolest house.

After I arrived and got my "tour" I still had loads of questions. A towel cost $1.50, which I thought I was paying for a deposit like most hostels, only to find out at check-out that it was a fee (I would have used my own...) Also there were awards for most friendly staff, and while one or two were great, the majority were not friendly or even helpful. One of them was napping on the couch when I was there, hearing the questions of my friend and I be spoken out lout and choosing not to help out.
