The staff ignored us, and refused to call a taxi when it was time to go to the airport. As well, there we were other guests that were up all night, banging for hours, clearly upset, and no one did anything.

The only advantage of this hotel is the location in front of ADO Bus terminal. Otherwise, the staff is not welcoming, hard to have useful indication or any talk with them and I have a fluent Spanish. Good only for 1 night and backpacker travelers.

First, it is not a bed&breakfast, the breakfast is not includ. This is in front of the bus station but 10 minutes on taxi of the beach... They didn't received my reservation, the first night, I slept on the garage...
