No hot water. They charged in us dollars but used an very unfavoureable rate when asking payment in pesos- Rate was more then 14.Since there was no busseat on the day a wanted to leave and was due to be in Merida I left one day early.I had prepaid my full stay and asked for a refund for that night I was not going to use. That was denied on the ground that they have to pay you a commission an the full amount. I only asked for half of the charge for the room which the refused to comply with.
