the staff were very unhelpful. they put me in a 14 bed dorm that was completely empty, and the door did not have a lock so i felt very unsafe and alone. i also put a deposit down through hostelworld, however on arrival the price for a bed was much cheaper, but they charged me the exorbant amount that was displayed on hostelworld. due to having such a bad experience i wanted to leave a night early, but the woman forced me to pay for the third night, even though the hostel was empty. horrible.

They didn't make the booking for 2 rooms due to poor administrative management. Personnel not trained to handle room bookings. Kitchen didn't have gas for cooking. Our room had a toilet but the hot water didn't come out all the time, tv didn't work neither the aircon. Still the place is in a beautiful location with a great view of the mountains. A new member of staff (girl with curly hair) was rude, poorly trained and extremely painful to talk to. Overall I would give a 5/10.
