A very clean hostel at the perfect location! However, there is not one central common area so it was sad that we couldn\'t meet many other travelers who were also staying there.

So happy we got to stay there. Would stay there again in a heart beat.

Our first experience staying at a hostel. The views were fantastic. The place was cute and clean. We appreciated the a/c in the room. If you just want a place to crash while you are sightseeing, this place is great!

At least one hook in the room would be of great use to travellers, and also if anything can be done to make the doors close slower, loads of loud banging doors.

It would be nice to have a full length mirror in the female dorm rooms. Also a mirror in the half bathroom would be nice.

The Authenticity of the hostel compared to the city around it was like fish in water. It fit to the point that even if you weren\'t from the city you felt like you were some what apart of it.

I really enjoyed my stay and so did my girlfriend. The location was perfect. And the whole vibe of the place made our stay very enjoyable. We will definitely be back.

Stayed in the double private - clean, comfortable, cable tv, fridge and aircon. Shared bathroom which was fine (hot water was temperamental). Nice common areas with great views over Plaza Colon and Old San Juan. Great location, walking distance to everything in Old San Juan and a 5 min walk to the main bus terminal. I would recommend staying here.

Had a great stay. Cheapest place in Old San Juan, and incredible value for the price. Will recommend to others.

Great hostel with beautiful balcony and kitchen to make your own meal and sit outside with nice view. Staff very helpful with everything, thank you for that. Close to all attractions of old San Juan. Rooms a bit small and AC very loud, but with your own fridge. Would definitely recommend this place!!

Very good location, close to restaurants, bus terminal. Friendly staff, our room came with fridge and good aircon. I would deinitely stay here again!

This was a perfect place to stay in order to be in the heart of Old San Juan and enjoy a vacation on a budget. Cristian was very attentive, gracious, helpful, and fun to talk with. We would definitely stay here again.

We stayed there for a week and loved it! The location is excellent; I don't know why people complain about having to walk to the beach; if you want a hotel on the beach, get one :) It's a 10 min walk to a secluded beach (very cool) or you can hop on a bus for $.75 to bigger public beaches a bit further away, also quite nice! The staff are great; always helpful and friendly! Would definitely stay again! Thanks for everything!

The staff here is phenomenal! I left my phone in the room dashing off for an early morning flight... they went above and beyond the call of duty to ship it back to me. I'd recommend this place to anyone.

Its in a great location in old san juan, and it overlooks the plaza where there was an amazing live band playing. The posada had a great atmosphere, good security, the room we stayed in was a good size with a fridge and everything is clearly explained to you. I would definitely stay here again!!

May 2012. We had a room with one bed and it was really narrow for two. The room looked out into a tiny inner yard, no fresh air at all (( and the air conditioning made the same sound as a plane makes while flying. There are no beaches near the hostel. The nearest we could find was 25-30 min walk. But you\'ll find plenty of bars near. Quite loud in the evenings. Everything is clean, the staff in general is very nice and helpful. So, good place for students who like going out every night.

My first time in a hostel and it was GREAT! Location of the hostel is perfect in front of the square of Old San Juan. Made a lot of new friends and am looking forward to going back here again. 10/10!

Very clean, excellent location - could not be closer to all the great things in San Juan! Definitely worth the few extra dollars to be right in the middle of all the action! Would stay here again and again!
