Pousada del Angel and Cuenca go together like peas and carrots! The place was decorated for Christmas during our stay, and full of fresh flowers, even in the rooms. The hotel was celebrating its 10th anniversary with a cocktail party, and we were invited to attend. There is free coffee, tea, and water all day. The excellent Italian restaurant is not to be missed. The rooms were large and immaculate, with comfortable beds. The staff was outstanding, and gave us a map of all the highlights.

The Posada del Angel was our best Hostel we stayed in so far on the trip to Peru and Ecuador. It is clean, you have nice spacy rooms and the breakfast is amazing in comparison to other Hostels. The fun factor just is not that big, since there were not that many people there and from them mainly families.
