It was a very enjoyable stay. The staff was very friendly and professional. It had a cute, boutique style atmosphere with inner courtyard design. The only down side was the poor, old computers which sometimes worked and very slow. Also, the room TV was twenty years old; small and poor quality. But, I would certainly return there next time I go to Cuenca.

The location was excellent and the rooms were well priced and clean. Plus hot water! A huge bonus. A charming staff especially Herman. Thanks
