It s an amazing hostel. It can get loud in the morning as there is no door beteween kitchen and main dorm. Toilets could be bigger, but all in all this hostel is amazing. Clean, luxurious, perfectly located and the pool area is just perfect! Highly recommended

The only "hostel" part of this hostel is the bunk beds & stall toilets. Otherwise, the facility is very hotel-like. The lobby is large & has a great kitchen and lounge area. The showers are large & have glass doors. You feel like you're taking a shower in a hotel, rather than a hostel. The mattresses were actually comfortable. An additional nice thing was the very large drawer under the bed that came with a lock. I felt my belongings were safer than in other hostels.

Brand-new and spiffy but garrison-style: you won't have any privacy. Even the shower facilities are mixed-sex. I will not go back there.

This was the best hostel experience Ive ever had! It is clean and modern and the staff was so friendly!!

The hostel is clean and well-kept, but it seems that comes at the expense of having decent staff. A few of them were, in fact THE RUDEST STAFF I'VE EVER ENCOUNTERED. Seriously, shockingly rude, as if their intention was specifically to sabotage their own reputation. (One or two of them were actually alright, this is about the rest.) On top of that, it was damn near impossible to get any sleep in the enormous factory-floor-sized room, with lockers clanking all night and staff patrolling the floor

The hostel is clean and has a decent atmosphere, however my stay was completely ruined by the staff (with the exception of Frank, who was excellent). One staff member, Monica, went around to each bed every night and violently yanked off the towels, tossing them on the floor (apparently there's some draconian rule about that). I overheard George, a manager, using a homophobic slur. The rest that I encountered (except Frank) were simply rude and disrespectful. I won't be coming back.

Would definitely revisit this hostel; however, there were a couple of glitches. The air-conditioning wqs set to 70 F which was way-too-cold & was unable to access the internet because I didn't locate the code on my confirmation. As I was traveiling alone internstionally, it was Important that I notify my Family upon arrival safely in the U.S.A.

Awesome place to stay. Great location, well set up... need change for washing machines but apart from that pretty cool place to stay :)

When I saw the website, I expected a hostel with good environment, and a helpful staff, in a new concept of hostel. When I arrive, I faced a staff with a poor humor, unprepared for receive; that new concept is pretty bad, because you don´t have the properly privacy on the restrooms, the bedroom is too noisy and, for that, is too expensive.
