There was a lack of power points in the room. 6 people fighting over 4 power points. There was black mold growing in the shower. This is a health hazard. Front desk staff was very friendly. Cleaning and restaurant staff were not. Kitchen Facilities and lounge were great.

Had a good time. Excellent location. Close to town, shops and supermarket. Potshots pub is a good place to hang out and meet people

The only thing I was little upset about was that looks like someone mis-booked? (wasn't sure exact reason) and the receptionist had to move us around where to put us. And I booked for double-beds ( i have the email confirmation) but we received single beds. There were no apologies or explanation for that.

Just loved it. Will go back there for sure. Can't say anything bad about it. Highly recommended!

Wifi non-existent, if it is working you have to pay $2 for every 15 minutes. No security for belongings at all, dorm is open. People lose their keys so they never lock the door when they leave. Shower has the force of the faucet of bathroom sink. Beach is below average, Ningaloo Reef dives are bad, 1 meter visibility. Absolutely nothing around, need a vehicle to see or do anything. IGA grocer is near and expensive. Lots of mosquitoes all over the area. Keywords: Everything is Very Expensive.

Low number of showers was slightly inconvenient (though not terribly so) but staff was excellent: very helpful and knowledgeable. The kitchen facilities had lots of equipment/space to use, which was very nice!
