We are at your disposal 24/24 and every day of the year.
If you have to cancel your booking, you must do it at least 15days before arrival.

The reservation was not successful. they didn't know about any reservation. And Hostelworld seemed not to be in their vocabulary. They subtracted the deposit from the total amount though as i showed them the comfirmation email. some receptionists are nice and very helpful, others not too much though. It's not very dirty, but not clean either. Average breakfast.
