Was quite disappointed with this place, it started with the poor location, almost impossible to find ( get directions before even trying), no signs anywhere. Rooms were OK, toilets were poor, musty/damp smell everywhere. The next point isn't the hostels fault but worth knowing - we were woken every night / morning by dogs living next door. The staff were friendly and breakfast was good.

Nice atmosphere, nice breakfast, good place to relax. Big room, cleaned every day. 3 min walk from the city center. The only thing that I did not like is that I tried to contact them by email and phone before travelling and nobody replied me. Apart from that, it´s a nice place to stay!

The bed, pillows, and sheets all smelled so bad of mould or damp, it was almost impossible to sleep. We had to use our own sheet, and didn't sleep well with the smell. The toilet leaked, and as a result, the entire bathroom and room stank of wee. It was horrendous, we couldn't relax in our room and using the bathroom was very difficult to endure. Such a shame, as the staff were lovely, the breakfast was amazing, and the chill-out area was so relaxing. But our room ruined the experience.

This place is pretty difficult to find (there's a signpost off of the main loop but then you still have to go to the end of that street and turn right and come back on yourself, then go down a little alley and it's on the left) but if/when you do it's a cool little place. Breakfast and WiFi and rooms were fairly decent, the people are nice and the hammocks comfy.

Stayed here for 4 days over Xmas 2012; the hostel was really nice, clean and sociable. The staff were all excellent and the owner Marcel was great, he even cooked a big roast dinner on xmas eve for everyone! Would highly recommend, thanks Marcel, Rosario and Rafael (Jesus!) for a great stay.

Generally speaking, the tavern is nice. Fault: breakfast: variety is a little limited. Facilities: There is no chest and hanger. location: not very easy to find.
