Adequate Pousada but lacking atmosphere. Might have been weather related as it was pretty rainy so we left a night early. The Staff speaks good English and is very helpful. The breakfast is good and the rooms nice. The caipirinhas are fantastic and cheap. Great location away from the centre of the village and just 50m from the beach and a few chilled out cafes. Cleanliness was passable but the pillows/sheets/blankets could have smelled fresher. My shower was broken for two days and there was never any toilet paper in the bathroom in my room (101), Also the transfer to Rio that i bought at the hostel left forty-five minutes late and had a normal slow boat instead of the advertised 45 minute speedboat trip back to angraa. Minus those things though it was a great hostel. The bbq is a lot of fun.
