The Hostal is clean, but the advices of the guy in the hostal were quit confuse and always were the expensive advice. if u wana save money dont waste ur time asking there. A very beautiful place to stay! Luis arranges everything if you want to. But sometimes its also ok and cheaper to take just the bus (e.g. to arg. side of waterfalls or 3-country-corner) instead of a taxi. of cours it's ok to be careful, but security aspects aren't always as bad as mentioned ;-)A very beautiful place to stay! Decent place and good breakfast. Worth mentioning though: be warned if you travel in summer as there is no air conditioning and it can get really really hot and humid in Iguazu.Decent place and good breakfast. A good location, rooms were pretty dated. Staff were relatively helpful - place was pretty clean. If you want to see more than just the most popular attractions like the falls, you have to go to this hostel. The owner, Luis, offers an amazing tour to the national park in Paraguay. You walk through the fascinating nature of the jungle, you have the chance to know some natives and you learn such a lot more about the country and its culture. For me it was the most amazing thing I did on my journey.. thank you Luis! :-)If you want to see more than just the most popular attractions like the falls, you have to go to this hostel. Had a wonderful time. I like the fact that it is a quiet pasouda with a very homely atmosphere. It was nice to wake up and listen to the birds outside. The lounge area and the bar is very relaxing. Luis and staff were very helpful and very warm. Louis was exceptionally knowledgeble with the tours and the happenings around. I left my money and pass port in the care of Louis in the safe deposit box. I highly recommend this hostel.Had a wonderful time. I would certainly recommend this place to anyone. It was very clean and very friendly. Luis (hi Luis), and the rest of the staff, were extremely helpful and organised excursions and buses for us.
