Bit of a walk from the town but well worth it. Lovely hostel with great chill out area and eating space. Fantastic breakfast with lots of variety and pao de queijo!! Hostel has own travel agency and were very helpful in organising our trip. Defo recommend it.

we weren t so impressed with the place and i wonder even why it was a lonley planet tipp. it was ok. we had a few language problems. i ve sent an email beforehand to ask them about tours and the location and if its a save place. they replied in a bad english and said that they will pick us up and we can go on a tour if we want to. at the end nobody picked us up and we had lots of stress the next morning to find a tour for us. but i still guess it s ok u can't expect that everbody speaks english
