Staff were clueless and our shower flooded the entire room, luckily we were only staying for one evening - close to some nice areas of Sao Paulo but other than that highly overpriced and worth avoiding.

The hostel is located in a safe neighbourhood but on a very big street. Inside the room it was so loud that we had to scream at each other to understand what we were saying. Sleeping was nearly impossible. The rooms and the bathrooms were very old and not clean (when flushing the toilet you get an electric hit). Unfriendly old lady at the reception.

The location is excellent but the place is not very nice: cockroaches running here and there and very dirty everywhere. The kitchen is also unusable + the staff is very weird.

Good value for money ! Alice, who welcomed us, was really nice even if she didn't speak english. The only thing would be that the metro station is 10-15 minutes walk.
