In a good location close to the main train station and an day walk into the centre of the city. The room was large and spacious. Only real complaint was the couch in our room was filthy and needs replacing, too digesting to sit on!

Do not worry about the highway in front of the building - the windows are 98% sound proof. Actually the inner side of the building is more noisy (people talking after coming home at night).

Location is really nice, the owner is friendly and thoughtful, although there was some difficulties to get the keys, but the hostel was good in general.

I recomend this accommodation....

Very good value, excellent location, right in the city center, yet quite calm. The room is quite spacious, but slightly old and musty. I would still recommend it though.

Reservierung hat nicht geklappt, als wir ankamen war niemand da und man wusste nichts von unserer Reservierung. Ob der Fehler bei Hostelworld oder dem Hostel selbst lag, blieb unklar. Haben recht schnell vom netten Betreiber ein Ersatzapartement mit eigenem Bad bekommen, das zu unserer Zufriedenheit war! Insgesamt also kein Problem, allerdings waren wir auch im März da, wo sicherlich keine Probleme bei der Ersatzbeschaffung bestanden. Wie die Lage im Sommer ausgesehen hätte, bleibt unklar.

The hostel is more like an apartment. We had a room with two huge comfy beds, a table, sofa, minifridge, microwave and private bathroom. The hostel is not exactly in the center of town but it is about a 10 minute walk to the Old Town center

located near the meseum which can be easily reached from the main train station.But make sure you know the exact directions to the place or else it may be a little difficult. Its also not a youth hostel but more of an apartment converted into 3 rooms.

The man whom the hostel was, is a very nice and helpful man. He really did his best to show us Prague and helped always with the room. He is better in german than in english, but he can talk both which is very nice. The room itself was very big, so there were no problems. The only thing was, that if someone was taking a shower (what happens all at ones ofcourse), that you can\'t go to the toilet, but that\'s not such a big deal.

Best value for money in Prague. Big rooms.

Prague 1 is in a central location. The common area was extremely small. Only a fridge and a computer. The bathroom is smelly and shared between 3-4 dorms - at least 10 people. There is no reception and the manager is never present to give advice or answer questions. You do get free interent and the rooms are large and clean. It is not 400m from the train station, more like 1km.

I like this place very much, clean, neat, friendly. The biggest advantage is the location next to train station. Also the kitchen is very useful. I like the common room very much. The only disadvantage is that it seems that the bathroom is not enough for all the guests.

Location of this hostel is great, it;s just a few steps from underground station and it's not hard to reach from main train station also. The room was clean, sheets and towels were also available. The bathroom is shared with two other rooms, though it's not a problem at all. Wi-fi works fine. Owner is a very nice person. We enjoy our stay at this hostel very much :]
