In the room we had 1 out of 3 lights working. At our last morning of stay there was neither hot water nor electricity. The staff didn't really bother about this.

Nice hostel in the center. Staff very helpful and nice. The price is great! Probably the cheapest hostel in such a location! :) Maybe it could be a little bit cleaner, but still it didn't disturb me for this price. I recomment Prague Lion Hostel to everyone. It is a nice, friendly place.

This property was absolutely terrible. We called ahead of time to make sure that someone stayed there as they specified because they close at 18:00, but on arriving to Prague we see that they decided not to stay open. We then had to go to another hostel, I would not waste my money on a deposit because they will claim they never received it. They then claimed to have no rooms available, even though after showing them the confirmation from hostel world they came up with one that was more expensive

Staff was very friendlty and understanding! Thank you for a great stay :)

The hostel had a food location, a 10 minute walk to the Charles bridge or an easy three minute team ride. The reception was rarely there so that's not helpful if you need them. Our shows was broken so we had to hold the Jose ourselves. The room wasn't cleaned the entire time we were there so it got to be a bit gross. Overall, you get what you pay for.

Nobody seems to be responsible for cleaning the toilet and the floor is all wet. Other than that the hotel is good in general.

Room was basically the basement of the hostel, one girl seems to live there permanently and has her personal belongings taking up most of the space. Bathroom door had no lock and didn't even close securely. There was no atmosphere here, just a dark, creepy room. Overall couldn't wait to leave!!

It`s a little strange the fact that the reception is not opened 24/7 and is in a different building from the rooms. Also the rooms weren`t separated from each other and to get to my room I had to pass in the middle os 3 other rooms. Appart from that it is very nice and clean. Staff is good and is very close to the tourist atractions and o a metro station.

The hostel was not that good. I had problems with my reservation and tried to cantact them several times, but they did not answer the phone or the emails I sent. Because of that I had to pay 3 nights but stayed only 2. The bathroom is very dirty with cold water in the shower, the reception is most of the times closed and they refused to turn the heating on so we felt very cold inside the bedroom during the night. Ths hostel is only good if you want a cheap price and don't mind about the service.
