PRAGUE´s HEAVEN offers rooms with quick and easy access to all major sights (just few minutes to the heart of Prague - by subway or tram which is going all night long! ). If you are searching for a small place to stay with a homely atmosphere we are the right choice for you! We are offering rooms with shared and private facilities.

Check-out at 10.00
24th + 25th Dec 10 - the check-in is not possible! You can stay through these dates or you can check-out but you cannot check-in.
31st Dec 2010 + 1st Jan 2010 - reception is closed, possible check-ins are based on prior arrangement and maximum by 7 PM!
Beware that you can pay extra fee for late check-in. Maximum time to check-in is 8 PM (although you need to arrange later check-in with us if arriving later than our opening time).
We only accept cash (CZK) on arrival!
Bookings will be preauthorised in advance (first night stay). If the process fails, we have a right to cancel your booking. Prior to that we will contact you by phone (if you provide it) to inform you about it.
You may cancel your booking up to 24 hours before arrival date - the day before your arrival by 8 AM - written cancellation (by email) is needed and must be confirmed by our office!
Use only email address you have booked us with!
If you book with us 12 Bed Private (Shared Bathroom) or 15 Bed Private (Shared Bathroom), you must pay for sheets extra. Sheets for one bed costs 80 CZK. Towels are not included. Payment for sheets is obligatory! The other type of rooms does include this fee, so there is no extra payment for sheets.
Beware that you just receive a confirmation email from Hostelworld that you paid the deposit, no more statements or confirmations are established!

The hostel is very cosy and welcoming. The owner anne is a very helpful lady wjo provided us with alot of information about the city. The overall experience was very good and the rooms were very comfortable. The toilets were also very clean and nice with 5star hotel quality. The stay was so good that we felt sad to leave. It is more than a hostel.- it is a home for weary travelers who wish to seek solace in the beautiful city of prague.
